Detailed Product Description

As a newly designed and developed piece of equipment, this machine is used by Yumen Petroleum Bureau. It is used in some of China's largest oil fields. This product
is used in petroleum and natural gas transportation, city heat supplies, drainage
systems and central air conditioning systems.

With excellent thermal insulation and relatively low density and water absorption,
pipes made with this machine feature water, chemical, cold and flame resistance,
and can be used in heat preservation between -50°C and 110°C. Pipes have
PU foam heat insulation layers to make PU foaming insulation pipes.

The machine consists of an extruder, die heads, cooling system, localizer, leaning
correction unit, thruster, steel pipe carrier, pipe rack, foaming machine and
automatic constant temperature controller.
