The screw and barrel feature 38CrMoAIA material with double mixing for a longer usage life, high productivity and better plasticity. The path of the die head has a high degree of polish, low resistance and no inhibiting materials, so it is easy to clean. Auxiliary machinery has a beautiful external structure and convenient operation. We have also installed height adjustment equipment so that different films produced will be of optimum condition.

The rotary die head it can change the thickness of film evenness and make the rolling surface smooth through rotation. Therefore, this equipment is especially suitable for producing slap-up handbags. The rolling system has torque motors that make the roll-up tension constant in order to maintain a steady film flatness and compaction.
